Why me?
My name is Wojtek [ˈvɔjtɛk] Tworkowski.
I have spent more than 20 years working with NGOs and wider civil society organizations (CSOs), supporting both grassroots initiatives and well established organizations in over 40 countries. From local community groups to Nobel Peace Prize laureates, I have seen how organizations can adapt, survive, and even grow stronger when the ground is shifting beneath them.
I bring together coaching, change management, systems thinking, and real-world business experience. My focus is always on what works for your people and your mission. I am an ICF certified coach (PCC), and I work fluently in Polish, English, Ukrainian, and Russian.

How long do your workshops or processes take?

Do you only work with organizations based in Poland?
No. I regularly travel to work with teams in different countries, and I also work online with hybrid or hard-to-reach teams.
